Friday, June 19th at 5:30 PM, you are invited to a chef apprentice gathering at Fladbro.

An evening dedicated to the apprentices. We invite you to a very special evening where our talented apprentices step into the spotlight and get to show what they can do – and what they are passionate about.

The participating chef apprentices are:
Søren, Restaurant: Den Gamle Stald
Mikolaj, Restaurant: Østergade 1
Mick Vingaard, Restaurant: Skovbakken
Simon Haslund, Fladbro Kro

The evening starts with bubbles and snacks. Afterwards, the dishes will be served one by one, accompanied by wine, kombucha, or juice. Each apprentice will present their dish to the guests.
