We are so lucky to have gourmet chef Erwin Lauterbach visiting, who will prepare a spring menu together with our skilled chefs.

Erwin Lauterbach has gained much recognition over the years and has emphasized a kitchen that follows the seasons, letting vegetables be the main elements and using local suppliers since the beginning of his career.
