On Friday, September 4, 2026, Restaurant Møllehuset in Bangsbo invites you to a special evening dedicated to nature and storytelling, when Jørgen Skouboe, known from Nak og Æd and Mens vi venter på at dø, visits the venue with a lively and thought-provoking lecture.

After the stories have settled, the evening continues at the table. Following the lecture, Møllehuset will serve two exquisite dishes made with local ingredients from Bangsbo, accompanied by two carefully selected wines from our wine cellar – a natural extension of the evening’s theme of taste and presence.
