In connection with the knitting festival on the weekend of September 12 to 15, Fanø Krogaard in collaboration with LE KNIT and knitting designer Lene Holme Samsøe invites you inside for two exciting knitting events with food, lectures and workshops.

Knitting designer Lene Holme Samsøe has been part of the knitting world for many years, but designing hand knitting is still her absolute favorite occupation.

In the lecture, Lene will talk about her journey as a knitwear designer from her early beginnings to now, and how the industry has changed along the way. In addition, she will talk about the creative process and the many considerations that lie behind both a knitting design and the creation of a knitting book like "Heatherhill"

Lene also brings her latest knitting, so occasionally there will also be time to look and possibly try it.
