On Friday, November 27th, we invite you to a festive Christmas lunch at Restaurant Rørbæk Sø!

Should this year’s Christmas lunch be for colleagues, your group of friends, family – or maybe the whole company?
Then you are very welcome to an evening with great Christmas food, music, dancing, and lots of festive atmosphere!

CHRISTMAS LUNCH BUFFET

The cold dishes
• Marinated Christmas herring with red onion, capers, and dill
• Creamy curry herring with apple and chives
• Breaded fish fillet with coarse remoulade and lemon
• Eggs with hand-peeled shrimp, mayonnaise, and cress

The warm dishes
• Chicken in asparagus in creamy sauce with puff pastry slices
• Warm liver pâté with mushrooms and bacon
• Classic roast duck with apples and prunes
• Crispy roast pork with homemade red cabbage
• Christmas sausage with Christmas cabbage
• Caramelized potatoes
• Christmas salad
• Rich Christmas sauce

Dessert
• Classic rice pudding with warm cherry sauce

Bread
• Rye bread and white bread
• Whipped, salted butter

Klaus will provide the music all evening – so of course, there will be dancing! ????
