CHRISTMAS BUFFET IN THE OLD BARN
From 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Served at the table:
White herring & fried tomato herring served with curry salad
Breaded & butter-fried plaice fillet with homemade coarse remoulade and lemon
The buffet consists of:
Smoked Faroese salmon with dill cream
Egg and shrimp with mayonnaise
Head cheese with mustard
Blood sausage with cinnamon sugar
Tartlets with chicken in asparagus sauce
